EFSC Student Veterans Benefit from Indiafest Colour Run

Eastern Florida State College’s Collegiate Veterans Society recently received a $10,000 donation from the organizers of the 2025 Indiafest Colour Run 3K.
This exciting addition to the annual Indiafest event was held on Sunday, February 2 at the Holy Trinity Upper School Campus and boasted more than 200 participants, with EFSC faculty, staff and students volunteering to ensure the run’s success.
The presentation was made at a post-event sponsorship dinner on Saturday, February 22 in the Student Union on the EFSC Melbourne Campus.
“We are extremely grateful to Nina Gadodia and the Indiafest organizing committee for their generosity,” said EFSC President Dr. Jim Richey.
“Student success is priority one for our college and scholarships can make a big difference, allowing students to get one step closer to their goals.”
The donation will be designated to the EFSC Foundation scholarship fund that supports student veterans, many of whom also are assisted by EFSC’s Military and Veterans Service Center.
