EFSC Foundation Welcomes Two New Board Members, Ron Gicca & Marcus Ingeldsen

The Eastern Florida State College Foundation is proud to announce the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors: Ron Gicca and Marcus Ingeldsen.

A Florida native and graduate of the University of Florida, Ron Gicca currently serves as President of Orlando Health Melbourne Hospital. Previously, he held CEO positions at Wuesthoff Medical Center–Melbourne and Sebastian River Medical Center. Known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to patient care, he has been instrumental in expanding surgical services and establishing a hospice care center in partnership with St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care.

Marcus Ingeldsen brings more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry to the EFSC Foundation Board. For over a decade, he has been a key leader at MH Williams Construction Group, where he oversees a diverse portfolio of projects spanning education, healthcare, aviation, housing, and commercial sectors.

Prior to joining MH Williams, Ingeldsen held senior roles at Kinley Corporation and Benko Construction, where he refined his expertise in construction management and project execution. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Space Coast Habitat for Humanity, contributing his skills to local affordable housing initiatives.
