EFSC Foundation’s Annual BBQ Cook-Off is February 17th

The Eastern Florida State College Foundation’s Eighth Annual Backyard BBQ and Family Fest will be held on Saturday, February 17 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the EFSC Melbourne Campus, located at 3865 N. Wickham Road.

Tickets are $15 per person or $50 for four people and are available for purchase at the gate. Children ages five and under are free and there is no charge for parking.

Proceeds from the event will benefit EFSC student scholarships and other college initiatives.

Attendees will have the chance to sample and vote on delicious BBQ cooked and served by numerous local teams vying for the $1,500 “Grand Champion” prize and coveted “People’s Choice Award.”

The admission price also includes the Red, White & Wheels Car Show presented by the EFSC Collegiate Veterans Society, food trucks, a Kid Zone and live music by HOT PINK!

This year’s major sponsors include Community Credit Union and Glover, Orndorf & Flanagan Wealth Management.
