Jeff Henderson is a business consultant who focuses on non-profit organizations and
the author of “Know What You’re FOR: A Growth Strategy for Work, and Even Better Strategy
for Life.” He will help Simpkins Series attendees understand the balance between purpose
and profit and how addressing two key questions can help better align your mission
and the vision needed to achieve it.

Ultimately, Jeff’s aim is to help organizations build a good name where both purpose and profit thrive. His best-selling book, "Know What You’re FOR: A Growth Strategy for Work, an Even Better Strategy for Life" launched a movement in non-profits around the world and has become a focal point for many businesses.
Jeff has worked for well-known organizations such as the Atlanta Braves, Callaway Gardens, Chick-fil-A, and North Point Ministries, one of the largest churches in America. While there, Jeff was the lead pastor for three churches over 17 years and helped launch North Point Online, one of the largest online ministries in the world.
One of his mantras is, “In a hyper-critical, cynical world often known for what it’s against, let’s be an organization known for what we’re FOR.”
Jeff and his wife Wendy have been married 25 years and have two grown children.
